Job Description:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products/services in designated areas of Mumbai. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting door-to-door sales visits within assigned territories.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Presenting product/service information to potential customers.
- Negotiating sales contracts and agreements.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Reporting sales activities and results to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of under 10th standard.
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation are a plus.
